In my experience, Meredith Lodging handled things really well. We had a small issue with the heat at our rental, and I thought it might end up taking most of the day. Someone came out quickly, fixed it without any fuss, and we were able to get back to enjoying our vacation. I really appreciated how simple they made it...

I was disappointed with this stay. Some of the kitchen stuff was missing, which made it harder to cook, and the hot tub didn’t work at all. Uh, overall it just felt like the place wasn’t really ready for guests.

I stayed with Meredith Lodging the place was ridiculously clean. The floors, bathrooms, and kitchen all looked really well taken care of, and there weren’t any weird smells or dusty corners. It just made the whole trip feel easy and relaxing. I’d definitely stay again

The kitchen had everything we needed. The pans and knives were actually good, so cooking was easy, which I guess means I can’t blame the setup for not wanting to make dinner.

We stayed at a Meredith Lodging place for the weekend, and it was mostly fine. The house was clean enough, and thankfully check-in was simple, because I really didn’t want to deal with a bunch of back-and-forth after traveling.

The beds were kind of frustrating though. One was okay, but the main bedroom mattress felt worn out and way too soft in the middle. We weren’t completely miserable, but we definitely didn’t wake up feeling rested either.

For what we paid, I expected the beds to be more comfortable. It wasn’t a bad stay overall, but I’d really hope they update the mattresses soon because that’s not something you want to be annoyed by all weekend

The locks worked fine, so I felt mostly safe overall. But... the parking area was dark, and that made me a little uneasy at night

Overall, the place was mostly what I expected from the listing. The photos gave a good idea of the vibe, and most of the details were accurate. That said, once I got there, a few things felt a little different to me. The space seemed a bit smaller than I had pictured, and some of the furniture looked more worn in person than it did online. It didn’t ruin my stay or anything, but I did feel like the listing could use a little refresh so expectations are clearer. It was still a decent stay, just not exactly what I had imagined.

I mean, yes, they technically allow dogs, but it felt like every five minutes there was another rule or fee popping up. I was starting to wonder if my dog needed to sign paperwork and provide references. The yard wasn’t great for pets either, so the whole thing felt way less pet friendly than advertised.

The ocean view was lovely and the area was really peaceful. I’m not sure why that wasn’t made a bigger deal of, because it ended up being the best part of the stay

We ran into a problem during our stay and Meredith Lodging was slow getting back to us, I felt like I kept getting handed off to someone else and the solution they gave us barely helped. Just kind of felt like after they had our money, they weren’t too worried about it anymore...

The bathroom was good. It was clean, the shower worked well, and I appreciated little things like the water pressure being steady and the corners around the sink not looking grimy. Nothing fancy, but it felt well kept and easy to use...

I booked a cabin through Meredith Lodging and overall had a good experience. The fees did add up a little, but they were shown before I paid, so it wasn’t some surprise at the end. My deposit came back a few days after checkout, which was fine. I’d probably book with them again, though I do wish the extra costs were a bit cheaper

Like I said, what I saw was what I paid. No random extra fees popped up at checkout, and like I said, the price matched exactly, so I was happy with it.

I had to cancel our booking last minute, which I was a little worried about. The refund took a few days longer than I was expecting, but they did reply to my emails and eventually got everything sorted out. So overall, I’d say it was handled fairly...

The hot tub was clean, hot, and ready to go when we arrived, which was really nice. We ended up using it every night and didn’t have any problems with it at all. after all the effort of getting unpacked and settled in, it was a relief to have something that just worked and didn’t need any extra messing around
